A fast-casual Italian cuisine restaurant was seeking to increase brand awareness and drive a
noticeable increase in holiday sales.
WorkPlace Impact targeted businesses close to the restaurant locations to attract likely customers. The certificate creative featured the restaurant’s fall and winter menu. We suggested to highlight 2 “Buy One Get One” free offers on sent certificates to encourage multiple employee visits. The program was executed at the end of October ahead of the holiday season.
WorkPlace Impact’s marketing effort generated a 13.71% redemption rate with a reach of 120,000 working consumers surrounding the restaurants. Redemptions also remained strong over the course of the 10 week program duration, generating positive results for the client. After subtracting the offer discount, the program generated $6 for every $1 spent.
