Challenge

A national car care chain wanted to promote their services to local businesses and attract new customers.  The company contacted WorkPlace Impact to run a program around 7 locations in key markets.

Solution

WorkPlace Impact targeted working consumers within 4 miles of the selected locations to attract likely customers.  The company provided strong offers for oil changes and also extra services that are offered at their locations.  An extended expiration date of 6 months was used to give consumers flexibility with their maintenance schedules.

Results

The WorkPlace Impact program exceeded the clients expectations.  Two months into the program the client reported 1,305 now customers and at four months another 1,446 were reported - an increase of 11%!  With two months left in the program period the client received a return on ad spend of 
$7.50 for every $1 spent.  This already exceeded the client’s benchmark of $6 to $1 for other programs.
