An HR strategist at American Express who was interviewed stresses flexibility with working hours, whether offering telecommuting, part-time work, or alternative work schedules is the most important in retaining top Gen Y talent.  Citi’s work strategies program, which started as a “green” energy-saving office strategy, has evolved into a popular employee incentive program at Citi.
